We know that you may have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. Residential customers can cancel at any moment and for any reason at Bounce Orlando. However, our crews must not have arrived at the party location. If you decide to cancel, all payments will be refunded, with the exception of the deposit amount. We will then apply a raincheck to your account that can be used for up to one-year from the date of cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: At the management's sole discretion, large events are exempted by our cancellation and rainfall policies. Customers whose events are exempted from these exceptions, will be notified prior to deposit payment.
