At Bounce Orlando, we allow our residential customers the opportunity to cancel at any time and for any reason, so long as our crews have not arrived at your party location. If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments except the deposit amount, which we will apply to your account as a raincheck that may be used up to one year from the cancellation date.

Once the unit passes our fitness inspection, our crews fully vacuum and remove any loose debris before wiping down the entirety of the inflatable with SimpleGreen All-Purpose Cleaner. After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.

This non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaner is found in hospitals around the world because of its effectiveness at killing 99.9% of over 75 viruses, bacteria, fungi, molds, and mildews! Bounce Orlando is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.
