We are also aware that sometimes unexpected events can arise and may require you to cancel your order within the 24-hour cancellation window. Our residential customers have the right to cancel their orders at any time, and for whatever reason, provided our crews are not at your party location. We will refund any payments, except for the deposit, unless you cancel. The deposit amount will be applied to your account to a raincheck, which can be used up until one year after the cancellation.
Please Note: Large events are exempt from our cancellation and raincheck policies. Management may decide to waive this right. Customers whose events fall under these exceptions will receive notification before deposit payment. Bounce Orlando guarantees your equipment will arrive clean and ready to use before your party starts. Our inflatables are cleaned thoroughly between rental periods so that you don't need to worry. Our cleaning begins with a visual inspection. We then note any damages and make repairs. Once the unit passes fitness inspection, our crews completely vacuum and remove all loose debris. Then we clean the whole inflatable with SimpleGreen ALL-Purpose Cleaning Cleaner. After cleaning and drying equipment, we disinfect all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.
