Bounce Orlando has one of the best cancellation policies in industry. For residential orders, in addition to our standard cancellation policy we offer a 24-hour risk free cancellation policy. After placing your order, you have up 24 hours to cancel it for whatever reason and receive a complete refund. No fees, no questions, 100% refund. Requests must be made over the phone at (407) 277-2288 or via email to Info@BounceOrlando.com.
We are also aware that sometimes unexpected events can arise and may require you to cancel your order within the 24-hour cancellation window. Our residential customers have the right to cancel their orders at any time, and for whatever reason, provided our crews are not at your party location. We will refund any payments, except for the deposit, unless you cancel. The deposit amount will be applied to your account to a raincheck, which can be used up until one year after the cancellation.
