We also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your order beyond our 24-hour cancellation period. At Bounce Orlando, we allow our residential customers the opportunity to cancel at any time and for any reason, so long as our crews have not arrived at your party location. If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments except the deposit amount, which we will apply to your account as a raincheck that may be used up to one year from the cancellation date.

4. One member of the operations team at Bounce Orlando will reach you 48 hours before your event to provide final confirmations. The call will cover your delivery address, point to contact, delivery and pickup windows, equipment reserved and access to designated utilities. This call may also include any special instructions such as gate codes.

After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.

Bounce Orlando is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.
