We understand that unforeseeable circumstances could arise. In these cases, you might have to cancel your order outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Residents can cancel at any hour and for any reason. As long as crews haven't arrived at their party location, Bounce Orlando allows them to do so. If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments, except the deposit amount. However, the raincheck will be applied on your account and can be used up one year after the cancellation date.
