Click "Play" to start the animation. On a desktop browser, to rotate the globe, click and hold on the globe, and move your mouse. To zoom in and out, use the scroll wheel on your mouse, or pinch on your mousepad (if you have neither, hold down CRTL and use your middle mouse button). On a mobile browser, use the typical pinch and swipe motions to change the view. You can also open this page in a VR headset, and walk around the Earth while watching the tsunami move across the Pacific. To access the animation in VR mode, first click "play" and then click the "VR" icon in the lower right.
