Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility
ampm Scratch Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Arizona, California and Nevada, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Promotion will consist of a Power Instant Win Game (the “Instant Win Game”). Employees of BP Products North America Inc. / BPPNA (“Sponsor”) and its franchisees, Marathon Petroleum Corporation and its franchisees, Sync Marketing LLC, The Velocity Logic Group, First Star Communications, Ltd. ("First Star"), Mindshare Technologies, Inc., and Rubin Postaer & Associates and each of their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a prize. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the listed states and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Timing
The Promotion begins on January 7, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on March 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. A day shall be defined as beginning 12:00:01 a.m. PST and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PST the same day.

3. How to Enter:
There are two (2) ways to get a scratcher. Each time you get a scratcher you can play the Instant Win Game. You must play the Instant Win Game within seven (7) days of receiving a scratcher or else that scratcher will be forfeited.

a) Using the App or by entering your phone number (“Alt ID”) in a participating ampm location’s store pin pad when prompted to enter your Loyalty ID: During the Promotion Period, using your mobile device, visit the applicable app store and search “ampm” to download and install the ampm application (the “App”) that you will need to play the Instant Win Game (if you have not done so already). The App has been designed to operate on the Apple iOS™ 12.5+ and Android™ 8.1+ platforms*. Following acceptance of the terms and conditions of the App displayed on your mobile device and successfully registering an account, you will automatically receive six (6) virtual scratch card (“Scratcher”) for your initial registration, one (1) Scratcher for use in the Instant Win Game for each one-dollar ($1.00) spent on purchases at a participating ampm locations (excluding: fuel, propane, lottery and car wash), and one (1) Scratcher for checking-in at a participating ampm location.

Follow the links and instructions on the App on your mobile device to virtually scratch each Scratch Card to reveal whether you are an instant winner of one of the Instant Win Game prizes listed below. If you are a potential Instant Win Game prize winner, you will receive detailed prize claim and validation instructions through the App. Winners of Instant Win prizes that are not redeemable in store, will be sent an email with prize redemption instructions to the email address or phone number that they registered their account with. Please note: All Food & Drink Instant Win Game prizes will expire within 168 hours (7 days) from date and time of prize fulfillment via the App. You must scan your loyalty ID from your phone or enter your phone number (i.e. Alt ID) in a participating ampm location’s store pin pad when prompted to enter your loyalty ID to redeem an Instant Win prize. Scratchers expire 7 days after date of receipt.

By participating via a mobile device, entrants may be subject to standard costs and fees according to their carriers’ messaging and data rates and entrants should contact their carriers for pricing details.

In order to receive a Scratcher an entrant must have an active App account and their Alt ID must correspond to their phone number in their App account.

b) Mail-In Entry: During the Promotion Period, to receive ten (10) Scratchers per day to participate in the Instant Win Game without using your smart phone or the App, visiting a participating ampm retail location or making a purchase, you may hand-print the date in which you are entering for, your complete name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone number (including area code) and email address on a 3”x5” postcard and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: ampm Scratch Instant Win Game, c/o Sync Marketing, 5662 Calle Real, PO Box #239, Goleta, CA 93117. Sponsor may use e-mail address provided via the mail-in entry method (as applicable) for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s provision of this information. To be eligible, mail-in entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. You will receive the equivalent of ten (10) Scratchers for the applicable day. Administrator will simulate the Instant Win Game for you and if you are deemed a potential winner of an Instant Win Game prize, Administrator will email you your prize claim instructions within ten (10) days. You will be required to have an account within the ampm App in order to receive the prize. You must provide you loyalty ID number to the Administrator in the timeframe stated in order to receive the prize. All requests become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected, which will be disqualified.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the smart phone or email address used to participate will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The “authorized account holder” of a smart phone is the natural person in whose name the device has been issued and the services are billed. The “authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Sponsor is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

4. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

5. Determination and Verification of Potential Winners
Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor are final.

Instant Win Game: One (1) out of every twelve (12) Scratchers will be a winning Scratch Card and will indicate the prize won from the list below. There will be 205,000 random, computer-generated wins available, one for each prize listed below, generated during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated. If you reveal a winning message on a Scratch Card, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. Unclaimed Instant Win Game prizes will not be awarded.

6. Instant Win Game Prizes
• 100,000: A Free 12oz Hot Coffee, redeemable at participating ampm stores by scanning the loyalty ID or Alt ID. ARV: $1.69 each.
• 60,000: A Free Medium Fountain, redeemable at participating ampm stores by scanning the loyalty ID or Alt ID. ARV: $1.29 each.
• 30,000: A Free Medium Freeze, redeemable at participating ampm stores by scanning the loyalty ID or Alt ID. ARV: $.89 each.
• 10,000: A Free 3 Pack of Cookies redeemable at participating ampm stores by scanning the loyalty ID or Alt ID. ARV: $1.49 each.
• 5,000: A Free Rib Sandwich, redeemable at participating ampm stores by scanning the loyalty ID or Alt ID. ARV: $3.49 each.

Instant food and drink prizes: Valid only at participating ampm locations (while supplies last) by scanning the loyalty ID. Not valid at ARCO stations without an ampm. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Void if transferred, purchased or sold. Sales tax to be paid by customer. Redemption Value (where applicable) to be paid by customer. For All Prizes no cash equivalent for the prizes, the prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided here in at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize, or any part thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason.

7. Release
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, and its franchisees, Marathon Petroleum Corporation and its franchisees, Administrator, The Velocity Logic Group, First Star Communications, Ltd. ("First Star"), Mindshare Technologies, Inc., and Rubin Postaer & Associates (collectively “Released Parties”), and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Entrants irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties and agrees that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion, the prizes awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the entrants participating in the Promotion and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Entrants fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by any/all travel providers or those providing accommodations (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winners’ consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in cellular networks, phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Instant Win Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible. If the Promotion, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes for the applicable prize level(s) by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims received.

11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.

13. Winners List
