One of the most exciting events in my career was when we started working with Amelia, a really smart virtual agent. An AI like her can be adapted for outsourcing work. I trained Amelia to do most frequent and repetitive help desk processes. She can now converse with and understand customers, and is currently trained to handle 35% of the help desk volume which is equivalent to around 15 full time employees.
