How can I check fish availability?
Our website is regularly updated with the latest available stock. We recommend checking the website frequently for real-time availability.
Can I reserve fish before placing an order?
We currently do not offer pre-orders or reservations. As live fish availability depends on health, quality, and conditioning, not all sourced fish are suitable for sale. This makes it difficult to commit to specific timelines or hold stock in advance.
Do you sell breeding pairs or only juveniles?
Yes, we do offer breeding pairs when available. You can check the “Size” dropdown on the product page to see if a breeding pair option is listed. Availability may vary.
Will I receive the exact fish shown in the pictures?
You will receive the same species as shown. Images are typically of parent stock or representative photos, so size and coloration may vary. Fish may take some time to acclimate and display their full colors in a new environment.
Are your fish locally bred or imported?
We breed over 50 species in-house, including dwarf cichlids, tetras, livebearers, and invertebrates. We also source from trusted breeders and wholesalers, with a strong preference for locally bred fish.
How often is stock updated on the website?
Stock levels are updated automatically as orders are fulfilled. New arrivals are typically added on a weekly basis.

We ship across India.
How are live fish packed for shipping?
Fish are conditioned for 24–48 hours before dispatch. They are packed in oxygen-filled, sealed bags.

For shorter distances: Packed in sturdy 3-ply cartons
For longer transit: Additional Styrofoam insulation is used to ensure safety
What is the shipping schedule?
Shipments are dispatched once a week, typically on Mondays. Orders placed between Sunday and Saturday are shipped the following Monday. Any delays will be communicated via email.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule specific delivery dates, as shipments are handled by third-party courier partners.
Do you offer same-day delivery or local pickup?
We require 24–48 hours to condition fish before dispatch. For local pickup requests, please contact us directly—we’ll assist you with placing the order accordingly.

💧 Fish Health & Care

Are the fish quarantined before sale?
Yes. All externally sourced fish undergo a minimum 2-week quarantine and treatment process before being listed. Fish bred in-house are raised under controlled conditions and do not require quarantine.
What should I do immediately after receiving the fish?
Do not add fish directly to your tank. Transfer them (along with the transport water) into a container for acclimation.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as this is required for DOA claims.
How do I acclimate fish to my tank?
We recommend drip acclimation:
Use an airline tube with a flow controller
Drip tank water into the container at ~1 drop per second
Continue until the water volume doubles or triples (usually 1–2 hours)
Net the fish and transfer them to the tank (avoid adding transport water)
What are the recommended tank conditions?
Tank requirements vary by species. Please refer to the product description on each product page for detailed care guidelines.
Do you provide after-sales guidance?

⚠️ DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

What should I do if fish arrive dead?
Please record a clear unboxing video. In the unfortunate event of DOA, share the video with us and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Is there a live arrival guarantee?
Yes, we offer a live arrival guarantee. Please ensure all DOA guidelines are followed to qualify.
What proof is required for DOA claims?
A continuous unboxing video showing:
The unopened package
The unboxing process
The condition of the fish inside sealed bags
Will I receive a refund or replacement?
Once your claim is approved, you can choose between a replacement or refund. Replacements are subject to availability.
