We have just completed the purchase of a villa through Cliff and his team at Hondon Villas. Cliff is a mine of information about the local area and has gone over and above in all aspects of the purchase, accepting calls out of office hours and often on Sundays! He could not have made the purchase any easier and every time we mention that we want to do something with the property he organizes everything for us.

From the first time I met Cliff, he has gone above and beyond to help with a very lengthy sale due to complex probate issues. Throughout what was a very difficult time, nothing was too much trouble and we spoke regularly when I returned to the UK, keeping me up to date every step of the way.
Cliff recommended local solicitors and he and they worked seamlessly together to complete the probate and sale.

Als het kon gaf ik 10 sterren. TOP makelaar. Alles kon, niks was te veel. Ook het advocatenkantoor wat werd geadviseerd door Hondon Villas was helemaal geweldig. Cliff had zelfs voor Nederlandse hulp gezorgd bij de bezichtiging voor als wij geen Engels zouden spreken. Zo werd het een feest om een huis te kopen.
