Judging
(A qualified
judge must be provided for each entry. A qualified judge is a Head Coach, an
assistant parliamentary debate coach, a former high school debater who
previously qualified to California Cup or the State Tournament, or a current or
former college debater. Exceptions can be made by the tournament director.)

is still listed in the POI Rankings, may apply for an at large bid to the

Interested in serving as an alternate (yes/no)
(One team will be selected to serve as an alternate in case a
qualified team drops out after the entry deadline. Alternate teams which get in
by 04/03 but do not attend will be charged a $30 drop fee.)
