TechieRoom Kotlin at Clove Garden Residence, Bandung – Updated Prices

The entire process has been a breath of fresh air, and it was a pleasure to work with a company so customer focused. I really hope we can deal with this company again in the future and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. All the best all of you and I hope you all keep in touch! Chantelle From Doncaster Aug Excellent value too, considering the top quality design and materials used.

Customer service from conception, site survey and design all the way through to completion was second to none. Steve and Paul were absolute diamonds and we were impressed with their skill and attention to detail. Many thanks for a wonderful space that you and your team created for us. We enjoyed the build and greatly appreciated their efforts. The pool house looks great. The room looks fantastic, and we are delighted with it. We are very happy with everything that has been done and it has exceeded our expectations.

I have already recommended MGR to our neighbours who may be interested in a build in the future. Looking over many, many different websites what stood out about Modern Garden Rooms was the value for money without compromise on the quality of the materials, what were extras on almost all other sites were included as standard at a very reasonable price by comparison. I then found the sales team to be extremely helpful and friendly, I received a call back the next day to discuss what I wanted and unlike most sales teams, they were never pushy or trying to upsale me, instead, offering me options to save money, again without compromising on quality or the overall look of the garden room.

I cannot recommend Modern Garden Rooms highly enough to anyone looking to enhance their living space while getting great value for money with top quality service from all involved. Lewis and the guys worked really hard — long hours in not the greatest weather, and the logistics of the site and access were challenging. Jonny was very helpful in the pre-order stage, arranging viewing of another local installation and providing guidance on raising the ceiling height.

We were kept up to date with scheduling and Lewis and John, the installers were superb, working long hours in pretty poor conditions.

We are happy to recommend this company. All that we need to do now is landscape around the building — when it stops raining! Also, I wanted to say how brilliant Tom and Martin were, very professional and very kind. Top guys. Nothing was too much trouble for the installation team, really friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. Harry and Josh worked unbelievably hard and were a pleasure to have around. Despite being hampered by torrential rain and poor ground conditions for the foundations the room was finished on time to a very high standard.

In fact the hottest day on record, they were working late at night. Very impressive! Great guys. It looks fantastic. Dave and Steven were very professional to deal with and a pleasure to have around for the week. Really appreciate the attention to detail and the overall look is fantastic. Both Lewis and Gary were spot on in terms of their workmanship and equally as important they were personable and extremely courteous. Thanks to the Modern Garden Room Team. Love it. The installation team were amazing, working long hours and in dreadful weather yesterday.

They were clean, tidy and incredibly courteous, considerate and friendly. Many thanks for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Lewis and the team were excellent on site — worked long days, minimal fuss and mess and great attention to detail. Really impressed and will be recommending MGR for sure. By the way, I happened to visit another garden room recently of a relative — the finish on mine is outstanding in comparison.

The lads were excellent and have done a fantastic job. They not only built us a brand new room, they also refurbished a previously built room from a different company and tied the two in superbly. Thank you very much. They took great pride in the construction of the garden room and also worked with a smile on their faces. Really pleased with the garden room and also with the workers.

Tom and Harry have been very professional and have done a great job. Would definitely recommend. The lads on site worked long hours even in the snow! Really hardworking and professional compared to other trades with had in the past. Even the neighbours have been complimenting them! Lol Have already recommended MGR to friends and family who have seen the work.

Have not had a chance to fully investigate it myself after getting back yesterday but Rich has been up there looking around and is very impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was staggering. Throughout the build Tom kept me informed of progress and always asked about my preferences for the design of the build — great project management! Ever so helpful, extremely skilled, polite, friendly and just a really nice young man to be honest! Really, really pleased with it.

The guys have been great, such lovely lads. I stepped into a lit room last night and had a wonderful experience stepping back out into the garden and looking back. It all looks incredible. Exactly as specified and promised. Both the guys were brilliant — hard working, professional, skilled and complete dynamos. They are a great team. The room looks and feels super solid and finished to a very high standard. Once again, many thanks. We absolutely love it and working in there is a real life-changer for me.

We absolutely love our new room, it looks amazing! Thank you so much! This single-storey studio was built at the bottom of the garden belonging to a semi-detached London house, with a glazed strip that runs around the bottom of the facade to make the building look like it is raised above the ground.

Hatches on the timber-slatted front wall open to reveal the windows, and the designers included more hatches in the garden's timber decking to hide a sandpit, paddling pool and fire pit. Artists Studio by Arquitecturia. Built around an ash tree in the garden of a family home in Girona, north-east Spain, this timber-clad studio is shaped like a cross. Designed by Josep Camps and Olga Felip of Arquitecturia , the unusual arrangement was created to accommodate the size of the canvases preferred by the painter as well as incorporate a double-height central space and huge windows.

Light Shed by FT Architects. The timber frame of the single-room building is visible through its corrugated plastic cladding, and the multi-faceted gable roof was designed to create the biggest space possible on a small budget. The Hackney Shed by Office Sian. Tucked behind a house in Hackney, east London, this low-budget garden office space was designed for just one person and is hidden behind a pair of oak-framed doors that fold away from the facade.

Bookshelves are sandwiched between the structural columns, while the spaces between the roof beams are filled with glass to create a skylight. Dug into a hillside overlooking the town of Bregenz in Austria, this weathered steel artist's studio projects out at the bottom to frame the view. Architect Christina Tonko designed the studio based on the camera lucida — an optical device used as a drawing aid — with glazed walls at either end to turn the concrete interior into a "bright chamber" of light.

Inside, pegboards line the walls to create hanging space for displaying a collection of handmade tools. The workshop is one of two structures the architect has designed and built for his garden — the other serves as a home office. Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza added this minimal white designer's studio to the garden of a house in Madrid that he'd created 25 years earlier — also a simple white cube.

The addition even has a stone floor to match the original building, while window walls at either end create views straight through the space and allow the sides to remain pristinely uniform. The Sunday Stuga by Liddicoat Goldhill. Another cabin in a Hackney garden, the Sunday Stuga is surrounded by brick walls on three sides so features a zigzagging roof line to fit in a big window at the front. The wood-floored studio is used mainly as a work and entertainment space, but also incorporates a shower room and storage space.

Lack of access to a garden doesn't have to be a limitation, as architect Edwards Moore demonstrated by building this artist's studio in a car park of an apartment block in Melbourne, Australia. Clad in translucent fibreglass, the building provides light for the car park at night, and includes work space, storage, a shower room, a toilet and kitchen facilities.

Garden Studios by Soup Architects. This pair of studios with matching corrugated cladding and slanted roofs was created in the garden of a home in Suffolk, England, and sit between a row of tress and a pond.
